Sausage, Red Pepper, and Egg Breakfast Pizza

Ingredients: 12 oz store-bought pizza dough 1 cup shredded Asiago 6 oz precooked breakfast sausage patties, crumbled 1 large jarred red pepper, sliced 4 large eggs 1 Tbsp chopped fresh basil Directions: Take the pizza dough out of the refrigerator 20 to 30 minutes before you’re ready to use it. Prepare your grill for indirect cooking with your hot zone on medium. Roll out the dough as thinly as possible so that you have about a 12-inch disk. Transfer it to a well-floured back of a baking sheet for sliding the pizza to the grill. Slide the dough onto the hot side of the grill, close the lid, and cook until the bottom is firm, about 3 minutes. Flip the dough and add the cheese, sausage, and peppers. Cover and cook another 6 minutes. Check the pizza after 3 minutes to make sure itâ€
