40-Rep Bar Challenge (Muscle Up, Dip on Bar, Pull up, & Knee Raise) | Scott Mathison

In this nasty little workout, I’ll keep you up on the bar as you go through four different exercises. Don’t be surprised if your entire upper body and core are screaming for mercy by the time you’re finished.
