What does being a great competitor have in common with being a great coach? ft. Chris Spealler

This week on the Brute Strength Podcast, I interview one of CrossFit’s OGs, Chris Spealler (@cspealler). Not only was he an individual competitor for 7 CrossFit Games, but he is now an Affiliate owner, and a trainer for CrossFit Headquarters. Since 2007, Chris has been helping CrossFit grow as a sport through his efforts as an athlete and now a coach. This guy is a true ambassador for CrossFit. In this episode we will be getting into some of his success as an athlete, as well as transitioning out of competitions and what it really takes to make it to the games. Enjoy the show.
