U.S. MARINE WORKOUT – Soldier MUSCLE Training



Hello my name is Julian Miguel Arroyo (@julianmiguelarroyo) Sergeant of Marines. I’m twenty two years old, United States Marine, and a fitness enthusiast who enjoys lifting while enjoying life to the fullest. There’s nothing like Marine Corps physical training but I’ll tell you it’s even better when your working out with a full combat load. In this video the total weight of the main pack alone (not including weapon and ammo) was roughly one hundred pounds. The flak itself weighed forty five pounds. More military training and workout routine videos will be coming in the near future.
