The importance of training partners



Who you surround yourself with and what their goals are plays an important role in your development as an athlete. There is an old saying that you are the average of the five people you spend the most time with, it is for this very reason that you must consider a few things when choosing your training partners. In this episode of the Brute Shoot, coach Adrian, talks the importance of experience and variability in your training and training partners. As an athlete that started on his own to being a team member on the first two-time CrossFit Games Affiliate Team Champion, back to being an individual competitor to now leading his own team, Adrian has seen it all.
