The 2017 Liftoff Explained



CrossFit Games host Rory McKernan explains the ins and outs of this year’s CrossFit Liftoff, powered by Rogue. In the third year of the annual weightlifting competition, the format remains the same: snatch, clean and jerk, and work out. It all starts Thursday, Nov. 30 at 5 p.m. PT, with the release of the workout. Athletes will have until the following Monday to complete the three events, and submit their scores online.
