Spartacus Workout 1.0 : Circuit Timer



This is a Circuit Timer for the first Spartacus Workout by Men’s Health. Video has images of the exercise matched with a countdown timer. A single chime marks the halfway mark of the exercise, 2 chimes marks 10 seconds left in the exercise or rest. A buzzard represents the start/end mark for each exercise. No background music so you can rock your own jams during the workout. Enjoy. 3 days a week. 10 exercises. 1 minute per exercise, with a 15 second rest between. After completion of all 10 exercises rest for 2 minutes than repeat. and repeat again (after 2 minute rest) for 3 total circuit.
