Easy Seafood Feast



Ingredients: 1/2 bottle lager 1/2 lb red baby potatoes, quartered 2 cobs corn, shucked and halved 50 littleneck clams, scrubbed 1/2 lb crab legs, cut into pieces 1 lemon, quartered Directions: In a large cast-iron pan over medium heat, add the beer. When the beer starts to simmer, add potatoes and corn. Cover the pan and cook, turning the corn occasionally, until you can pierce the potatoes easily with a fork, about 7 minutes. Add the clams, crab, and lemon. Cook, covered, until the clams open, about 7 minutes more. Serve immediately.
