Abs of Steel workout gets added intensity from Vacuum Stomach. The amazing Ugur Cevher uses a continuous sequence of abs crunches and leg lifts to work his amazing mid-section – followed by a long squeeze to exhaust the muscles. But for added intensity, he employs the Vacuum Stomach technique to really work the abdominals. Note – the Vacuum Stomach move is a tricky and potentially painful technique which should only be employed with correct form.
