6 x 100 REP CHALLENGE – CAN HE DO IT?



A 100 Rep Challenge for each body part is Justin Gonzales’ favourite workout session at weekends. After completing his Five Day Split across the week, the World Champion Fitness Model heads back to the gym on Day Six to take on the gruelling challenge of picking a single exercise for each body part, and completing 100 reps, using a weight of 30-40% of his usual max. Justin’s ‘Train Smart’ series has been a huge hit on Fit Media Channel – now try this amazing challenge yourself. For those of you who like counting, this video has been edited for your viewing pleasure.
